Excellent place with great wi-fi, a bar/lounge area, and a lovely snack bar. On my first stay, the staff kindly brought me a cold drink in the heat. Don't miss the amazing breakfast! I'm coming back for Xmas.

Amazing staff, good views on the mountains, everything is perfect. The guest room is amazing and has a personal safe, central heating, and a work desk. The breakfast is satisfactory, the staff keeps it stocked and clean. The property's location is marvellous and stunning, not far from the center of Ortiaei on next trip and a river. Moreover, it's at a short distance from Royal William Yard😃

The breakfast spread was a good surprise with an extensive selection of freshly made local pastries and high-quality espresso that set the tone for the day.

There seemed to be a significant use of plastic around the hotel, including items like TV remotes and robes.

Greatly enjoyed this charming hotel with brilliant and amazing staff who have been taught to be very service oriented. Our rooms were incredible and good with mountain view, a balcony. The location was great and amazing - just a walk down to everywhere we wanted to go.

Upon arrival, we were disappointed to find our supposed 'Superior Mountain View' room was more akin to an economy suite in the basement, utterly mismatched from the photos online. When we raised our concerns, the staff were unhelpful and dismissive, showing us a photo that barely represented our actual room. To.

The hotel offered beautiful mountain views from our room and featured a scrumptious breakfast with a good quality selection. The lack of air conditioning made the room warm during the summer, and the absence of a bar fridge was inconvenient. It is a great spot for a peaceful vacation with its charming ambiance and excellent service, but be prepared for an uphill walk back from town after a long day.

Everything was fabulous and perfectly suited our needs. the staff were well-trained and extremely service-oriented. the location was magnificent, right next to the town center and the heart of Ortisei. It offered easy access to the ski lifts and the most spectacular valley.

The charming atmosphere of the hotel and the delicious buffet breakfast were highlights. The free shuttle to the ski lifts was a true convenience. The steam room was out of service during my visit.

The staff were downright very nice, especially Chiara who was always there to help us with all our needs. The breakfast spread was something else entirely, with local treats, made every morning worth waking up for.

It wasn't the cheapest stay but honestly, it was worth every penny.

The room was beautiful and super comfy! We had a large balcony with amazing mountain views , made it even better. The bed was cozy, and everything was really clean. Just a heads up, the walk back from town can be a bit steep but worth it for the views. Really loved the ambiance and little touches throughout the hotel.
